I am a graduate from Lima Hana school in Billings MT. I am well versed in Swedish, acupressure, trigger point therapy, lymphatic, cupping and hot stone techniques. I easily shift between relaxation to deep tissue to energy work depending on my clients goals and needs. my goal is to help people live better lives by utilizing the healing benefits of massage. “Massage has so many benefits for physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. pain relief from sore muscles, increased flexibility, relaxation, mental clarity, improved circulation, recovery and injury prevention. I became a massage therapist because i have personally felt these amazing effects from massage and i want to help others achieve optimal health.’’
